So please can anyone confirm somehow if it can be fixed with aftermarket Haldex performance controller?
Or could be haldex coded to not decouple in 6th gear.. to act same as any other gear?

Well.. weight of 18 and 19 oz ultraleggeras that I used is similar and its less than original wheels. Thats not a problem..
Its like that only in 50kmh light throttle no fast acceleration. It seems tahat noise come from DSG but its from haldex throw the front.
I tried pull ABS fuses and noise were completely gonne.... (haldex dissabled)Vratislavice nad Nisou is just small village as anywhere else... no main "Ferdinand service station" here.

Well it does not matter... I know that another guy on forum experience the same and ET was diferente...
R18 225/40 original wheels ET51
R19 235/35 OZ ET45
R17 205/50 ET48 original one in technical list -
I think that its about tyre width... 19" 235/35 were 30mm wider than as 17" 205/55... Other parameters probably doesnt matter.
But that width change is really huge. -
I really dont understand one thing..
On 19" wheels (235/35) its clunking like hell much worse.
On original 18" wheels (225/40) its clunk noise but not that bad noticeable.
On 17" wheels (205/55) there is absolutely no clunk... !!How is this possible? And why is this possible.... all 4wheels equal in all conditions.

Yes english is much better. I am from CZE.
I know all situation around this "problem" but i dont want to tune DSG to shift higher or any other "tuning" things.
I was wondering about exactly what cause this clunk in haldex.. looks like noise come in exact time when haldex clutch decouples rear end in 6th gear.
Could be just haldex ecu partially damaged valve?
Thank you!*please answer in english.. but in german too for all other A3Q / R32 users..
yes.. i am from near Liberec which is near Zittau so all Tuners are too far away.. But in the end if its the only solution I will have to try german trip and some autobahn cruising. -
Das ist ganz identisch problem:

Aber gibt es keine lösung. -
Das ist gemeinsam problem mit haldex. DSG klatscht problem gelöst mit ganz neu haldex aggregat.
Haldex Ol und filter wechseln as regulär 60k km.
