this can be a software problem. May there is a newer version available.
But I think it is rather a problem of the machatronic / hydraulic actor.
The best will be, you write directly to Audi costumer support kundenbetreuung@audi.de
they should know there products the best.
You have still guarantee? Or an insurance garantee?
If not, it can get expensive - may ask for "good will" of Audi.

I've got the same problems and many more with DSG.
The only result for me is: new DSG or new car!
New software dosen't help.
Es gibt in Mannheim einen Betrieb der speziell auf Automatikgetriebe spezialisiert ist. BMW und auch DSG.
Ein Seminarleiter berichtete mir einmal von seiner erfolgreichen Reparatur. Die gehn da auch ins Detail Richtung Mechatronik und Schaltkreise. Ich schrieb ihn an mir mal die Kontaktdaten zu senden. Wenn ich näheres weis frage ich die Jungs bei der Firma und stelle die Antwort hier rein.
